Born With A Hearth Defect, Blind. The Owner Dumped Her. She Cried & Luckily We Found Her!

This puppy was born with a heart defect, it's very weak. When the owner found out, they dumped her here. The poor girl couldn't walk, just crawled the whole night. When we found her, her eyes was also infected maybe due to crying for so long & she couldn't see us properly...
