Created By Sasha Petraske in the early days of his own bar Milk & Honey. This drink is basically a riff on a White Russian done up as a Brandy Alexander, brilliant on two fronts if you ask me. This drink is the epitome of what made Milk & Honey so successful, a pared down and very simple approach to cocktails putting balance ahead of all else. This is one of those drinks I think a lot of people may overlook, it's just so simple and really there's not much to it, but that would be a mistake. It is insanely nuanced for a drink with only three ingredients and really it is the perfect Nightcap, so do yourself a favor and give this one a mix.
